Air Occupies Space

 Air Occupies Space

Do you know that Air Occupies Space? AIR IS PRESENT EVERYWHERE AND IT OCCUPIES SPACE (1) Take a tub and half fill it with water. (2) Now take an empty bottle. (3) Dip the bottle upside down in the tub filled with water. What do you observe? Does the water enter the bottle? No the water does not enter the bottle. Now tilt the bottle. What happens now? You will see bubbles coming out of bottle. These are air bubbles coming out of bottle. The air escapes out of bottle and water could enter the bottle. Hence we conclude that actually the bottle was not empty. It was filled with air. On tilting the bottle air escapes out and makes room for the water to enter into the bottle.
